Founder Story: Why I Built This

I’m Lauryl Johnson, and I’ve spent my career as a product leader asking “Why?”—not to poke holes, but to plant seeds.

After years of watching brilliant, well-meaning teams get tangled in miscommunication, burnout, and bureaucracy, I realized most organizational pain isn’t about tools or process—it’s about trust. So I started building rituals, frameworks, and cultural scaffolding to make teams feel safe, seen, and supported.

Community Abundance is the next evolution of that work—a container for people who want to lead with love, live with purpose, and grow communities that thrive.
